2. Waterproof function. Since the packaging boxes are all paper products, in order to prevent them from rot in contact with water; to enhance the brightness of the product, through a special surface treatment, the product has a soft and rough texture, which is more attractive to consumers.
1. Film
The advantages of the film are that it is waterproof, resistant to storage, and beautiful. Laminating glue refers to a glue that combines bopp film on paper. At present, there are two ways to touch printing and packaging products in China, one is water-based laminating and oil-based laminating, and now the main method is water-based laminating. , The water-based coating method is based on the concept of environmental protection, and its effect is slightly worse than that of the oil-based coating.
There are also two types of packaging printing materials used by packaging box manufacturers:
1. Luminous film (bright film), the bright film itself is relatively bright, and the surface of the packaging box is shiny and shiny after the bright film is covered.
2. Dumb film, which has a matte surface; after coating, it has a matte matte-like matte surface.
Second, bronzing
At present, the hot stamping method of packaging boxes is electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil, which mainly adopts heating and pressurizing methods to transfer the text of the copy box to the surface of the printed packaging paper to be hot stamped. The colors are gold, silver, green, blue, and laser. Etc. are called bronzing.
Hot stamping is characterized by clear patterns, beautiful appearance, bright and eye-catching colors, and abrasion resistance. In the printing of cigarette packages, the hot stamping process accounts for more than 85%, and it is also widely used in commercial packaging production. It can be used to add finishing touches, highlight themes, and show dignity, especially for trademarks, logos, corporate names and other places that need special highlighting.
Three, hit the bump
Bumping is an important process in the packaging post-printing process, and it is a method of embossing without printing ink. When pressing the concave and convex, a set of concave and convex stencils corresponding to the yin and yang of the pictures and texts are used, and the substrate is placed in between, and the embossed concave and convex pictures and texts are pressed out by applying greater pressure. This method is mostly used for post-printing processing of printed matter and packaging boxes, such as packaging boxes, trademarks, cigarette packets, New Year cards, bottle labels, etc., to make them obtain a vivid and beautiful three-dimensional effect. Proper use of embossing process can increase the layering of printed patterns and play a finishing touch to packaging products. This process has the lowest cost in post-press surface treatment.
Four, UV matte
UV frosting is a post-printing process that uses ultraviolet light to dry and cure the ink. It requires UV ink containing a photosensitizer and a UV curing lamp. The UV process transfers the pattern and text to the surface of the UV printed packaging paper. Make it bright and special, especially for partial printing positions such as trademarks, logos, and corporate names.
